We are a program for the community, society and the world that envisions women to be educating, enterprising, learning and leading.

ENTERPRISING WOMEN NETWORK, is a meticulously structured, multi-layered, learning, training, networking, mentoring and earning program for women. Through this program, we want a reunification of all spheres of feminine life, we realize that ‘Redefining’ the narrative of women empowerment as a connected force of strength is much-needed. We are re-configuring the feminine/personal/professional dichotomies, into a framework of harmony that will be achieved by sewing a pattern of projects for young women, empowering them through training and increasing their self-awareness, and at the same time using technology to connect them with women who have an experience and learning to offer. Hence, creating a digital scenario where the ‘background’ talent, contribution and role of women is brought in the foreground. EWN aims to utilize the digital/virtual and physical sphere to mobilize young and old women towards creating a huge network of supporters, all in a win-win situation for achieving their best.

EWN is a program developed by Cambridge Advisors Network cambridgeadvisorsnet.com with an aim to empower the Pakistani woman in every social strata. Conceived and developed by Founder, Syed Azhar Rizvi azharrizvi.com and co-founder Haniya Mudassar, EWN-ENTERPRISING WOMEN NETWORK is a capacity building and earning opportunity that offers simple training courses that will enable women to realize their inner capabilities, resulting in better income opportunity and understanding of starting an enterprise simultaneously, and actively developing an eco-system for others to thrive.

EWN-STUDENT PROGRAM is a meticulously structured, multi-layered, learning, training, networking, mentoring and earning program for women. EWN-STUDENTS PROGRAM provides a robust 6 to 8 weeks training package to college and university students. The training includes Soft Skills and Digital Skills courses that will be conducted on the college campus in weekdays during a running academic semester. Timetable of training will be adjusted within the coursework for the students, so that they can continue with their degree requirements alongside. A typical training day for EWN-STUDENT PROGRAM will have a package of digital skills training with soft skills.

EWN proposes a unique alliance for colleges to register for the program and give their female students an opportunity to avail EWN-STUDENT PROGRAM.
Being an educational institution, the benefits of registering for this specialized training program are many that can be quantified such as increased number of students earning an income. However, more than that there are strongly predicted ‘spillover’ productivity effects that will result in a larger, impactful strength to the institution and the economy at large. The pre-requisites for eligibility are quite simple. The college/university/academy should have a female student body, as the training is for women.
This soft skills training program delivers substantial returns on time and increased performance of the students in their academics. Institution also get an in-house trainers team for future continuation of the course.

If you are a trainer in soft skills, and/or digital skills and you want to avail the experience of training girls/young women with the customized course developed for them. You are just a registration away. EWN-TRAINER PROGRAM is about creating a team of local trainers in every educational institute who will be trained to implement the soft skills and digital skills trainings. All trainers will be paid for their sessions. The selection of trainers remains reserved by the EWN Program Lead, and the Institution.
A huge number of candidates qualify for the TRAINER PROGRAM, yet the selection will be for those have a passion to train young girls with energy.
